......................... Eyal Mor is an experienced C-Suite executive with a demonstrated history of operating and managing mid-and large-sized companies in Central and Eastern Europe and Israel. For the past decade, he has served as CEO at Dream Group, a leading Israeli entertainment group , and as Vice President of Operations and Retail at Cineworld Cinemas, overseeing global operations across seven regions and over 4,500 Employees. Prior to his experience in entertainment , Eyal was CEO for Shikun & Binui Ltd, Israel’s leading infrastructure and real estate group, overseeing the firm’s Investment and development in Poland. Eyal has a M.A Degree focused in Law and a B.A Degree in economics.
Ofir Rabinovich

Ofir Rabinovich is the Chief Productions & Operations Officer With a highly-accomplished career of over 30 years in television production, Ofir Rabinovich is the most experienced and successful Productions Officer in the local industry. Ofir began his career in the early 90’s at the Israeli Educational Television and went on to becoming head of productions and operations at HOT and subsequently, Chief of Productions at YES, VP of programs and production at “Reshet 13". Ofir has directly overseen the production of some of Israel’s leading TV shows such as “Fauda”, “Shtisel”, “Euphoria” etc. and has earned his reputation as having excellent working relationships with all of the local production companies and writers/creators. Thanks to his vast experience in all aspects of creating television shows, Ofir has a-360 unique set of skills in production, operations, PR& Promotion of content.
Adi Ezroni

......................... Adi Ezroni is EVP Content of Faraway Road with extensive experience both as an executive and as producer. Prior to Faraway, Adi was Keshet Studios’ co-head of features and VP TV. Prior to that, Adi co founded Spring Pictures which produced award winning independent films. Adi began her career as an actress and TV host.
Sivan Shechter

......................... Sivan Shechter is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience managing cross-functional interfaces beyond development. Before joining Faraway Road as Head of Operations, she spent seven years in the tech industry, holding a variety of operations roles at several startup companies. She holds a Practical Engineering diploma in Architecture from the Israel Institute of Technology (Technion).
Karen Feldesman

......................... Karen Feldesman is a seasoned creative executive and producer with over a decade of experience across scripted and documentary content. Before joining Faraway Road, she served as Creative Executive to director Marc Webb at Black Lamb, helping to lead development during his overall deals with CBS Studios and ABC Studios. She has also held roles at HBO and other leading production companies, contributing to a wide range of projects from indie films to premium television. Karen brings deep expertise in story development, writer collaboration, and creative packaging, with a focus on bold, character-driven narratives. She holds an MFA in Screenwriting and Producing from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts.

OFF ROAD
Lior Raz (“Fauda”) and Rotem Sela (“The Baker & The Beauty”) star in “Off Road,” a Netflix unscripted reality series produced by Faraway Road Productions and Keshet International.The series follows Raz and Sela, two famous Israeli actors who are real-life best friends, across a six-part road trip across Central Asia,while challenging their relationship and their personal beliefs. The six-part series will launch globally on Netflix on July 10.
